About Ron Hinkle
Ron Hinkle is not in the business of filling positions. He is in the business of building leaders.

As Founder and CEO, Ron owns and leads multiple companies in automation, controls, and electrical disciplines with a foundational belief: Integrity builds systems. People build legacy.

With 4 decades of hands-on engineering and operational experience, Ron builds companies the same way he builds control systems: structured, scalable, accountable, and engineered for long-term performance.

“Before we take on a project, expand a division, or promote a leader, I ask three questions:

·         Is it fair to our team?

·         Is it aligned with who we say we are?

If the answer is no, we don’t move forward.”

Andrew Seymour
Chief Financial Officer

Andrew joined RMJ in 2018 and is the Chief Financial Officer of RMJ, where he oversees all accounting and human resources functions. A graduate of Lee University, he holds a Master of Business Administration and brings a strategic, solutions-focused approach to the company’s financial operations.

Andrew enjoys solving complex financial situations and building efficient systems that help RMJ better serve its customers. Foundational principles of integrity and accountability govern his business philosophy, and every decision he makes is filtered through that lens. His leadership ensures strong financial management while supporting the people and processes that drive the company’s success.

Troy Bearden
Vice President - Project Division

Troy serves as Vice President of RMJ Consulting’s Project Division, where he sets the strategic direction and operational framework for the company’s most complex automation and infrastructure programs. He is responsible for translating client objectives into scalable execution models that deliver predictable outcomes, technical excellence, and long-term value.

Working at the intersection of engineering, construction, and operations, Troy builds high-performing teams, implements disciplined project governance, and advances standards that enable repeatable success across municipal and industrial environments. His leadership ensures that projects are delivered with rigor, transparency, and alignment to the client’s broader mission.

Troy is passionate about strengthening organizational capability—investing in people, refining processes, and leveraging innovation to expand what RMJ can deliver. His focus on accountability and continuous improvement positions the Project Division to grow while maintaining the responsiveness and trust that define the RMJ partnership.

Melissa Beach
Program Manager

Melissa is a Program Manager at RMJ Consulting, where she manages a diverse portfolio of technical and operational projects. In her role, she focuses on building structure, clarity, and consistency across all initiatives—ensuring that teams stay aligned, informed, and moving toward shared goals. She reviews project timing, maintains a two-week planning cadence, and works closely with operations to translate complex needs into actionable plans.

Melissa thrives in environments where coordination and communication are essential. She enjoys bringing order to dynamic, fast-moving work by creating processes, and she aims to create a sense of forward momentum and shared ownership across every project. Her goal is to ensure that the organizations and teams she supports can execute their strategic priorities with confidence, efficiency, and measurable impact.
